The leads
Is this where I buy junk car leads?
Yes. Clunqr Leads sends junk car sellers in your area to you, one buyer per area. You pay $30 a lead, bought in packs, and you work every lead in the Clunqr app.
Who is Clunqr Leads for?
Tow companies, junkyards, auto recyclers and scrap buyers who buy junk cars from the public and pick them up. If you can make an offer and send a truck, it's for you.
Are the leads exclusive, or shared?
Exclusive. Each seller goes to one buyer: you. Your area is a list of ZIP codes, it stays yours as long as you're active, and it only opens up to another buyer if you stop.
What does a lead look like?
Two kinds. A call is a seller ringing about their car, put straight through to your phone. You hear "Clunqr lead" first so you know it's one of ours.
An online request arrives with the car: year, make, model, mileage, title, whether it starts and drives, keys, wheels, the catalytic converter, any damage, and photos when the seller adds them.
What happens if I miss a call?
We text the seller right away so they know you'll call back, and the call goes to the top of your Call back list in the app. A missed call still counts as a lead, so call them back fast.
Do I pay for a call I miss?
Yes. Every new caller is a lead, answered or not. That's why the app puts missed calls first and we text the seller the moment you miss them.
What if the same seller comes back?
The same seller within 15 days is one lead, not a new charge.
What if a lead is bad?
Dispute it from the lead page and tell us why. Our team reviews every dispute, and an approved one puts the lead back on your balance.
Can I choose when leads come in?
Yes. Set the hours you want leads. If you can't take leads today, pause them with one tap and they start again tomorrow.
Pricing
How much do junk car leads cost?
$30 a lead. Buy 10, 25, 50 or 100 at a time, or any number from 5. Unused leads roll over.
Is there a monthly fee?
No. You pay for leads, and the app comes with them.
What happens when I run low?
We text you when you have 3 leads left. Turn on auto-refill and we top you up before you run out.
Is there a free trial?
Ask us about free trial leads when we call you about your application.
The app
Do I have to use the app?
Yes, and it's what makes the leads pay. Once your offer is in the app we text the seller for up to 10 days to win the car for you. After a call, just answer our text: 1 and your offer, 2 and the price if they said yes, or 3 if there's no deal.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes. Everything works on your phone and your computer: leads, offers, chats with sellers, pickups and drivers.
Can I send instant offers?
Yes, if you want to. Set your prices once and online sellers see your offer the moment they finish. Or price each car yourself. Every price comes from you; nothing is offered in your name until you set it.
Do my drivers need an account?
No. Book the pickup, pick the driver, and they get the job by text with a page that has everything they need. When they tap "On my way", we text the seller.
What number do sellers see?
You get a local Clunqr number. Sellers who call it ring through to your phone, and the calls and texts you make from the app show it, so sellers know it's you.
